Riyadh HR summit puts employee wellbeing and performance reviews on its agenda
Employee wellbeing and the redesign of performance reviews feature on the programme for the sixth HR World Summit in Riyadh. Exito Media Concepts will hold the event at Riyadh Marriott Hotel on Thursday, 8 October 2026, from 9am to 5pm.
The published programme examines flexible working, rest and leaders’ support for their teams. A performance-management discussion considers continuous conversations rather than annual reviews, technology-enabled tracking and a balance between accountability and empathy.
Workplace culture and professional development
Other topics include connecting organisational objectives with employees’ values, using data to assess workplace culture and preparing skills for transformation. An organiser release dated 6 October also lists AI ethics among the summit’s themes.
Exito expects more than 200 senior HR, talent and learning leaders. Participants can receive a CPD Certification Service certificate after attending, with up to eight hours of professional development available. Attendance is invitation-only; the official site provides a delegate-enquiry route.
