Baqaa Governor Mohammed bin Mutlaq Al-Qanoun inaugurated the Halwat Baqaa festival at the municipality headquarters, with 22 farmers participating, according to a Saudi Press Agency report published on 27 October 2026.

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s Hail branch is organising the festival under the supervision of its office in the governorate. The announcement gives a duration of five days.

Agricultural produce and related businesses

Alongside the farmers, 18 participants represent home-based producers, processing industries and beekeepers, bringing local agricultural products and related activities together.

The opening announcement establishes the current festival’s participation figures, but does not specify visitor hours, registration arrangements or prices.
