The Rashfa & Hala Coffee and Chocolate Exhibition 2023 opens at the Qassim International Convention Center, running from July 13 to 16. It is the largest exhibition dedicated to these industries in Saudi Arabia.

The exhibition is one of the most important trade events focused on the coffee and chocolate industry in the Kingdom and worldwide. International experts and representatives take part through a range of events and activities, including showcases of new products aimed at opening new horizons in the Saudi market.

Coffee is a symbol of Saudi Arabia's cultural heritage, carrying a long history of customs and traditions as well as the values of generosity and hospitality and an aesthetic and artistic sensibility expressed in songs, poems and paintings. It is a key element of Saudi popular culture and a distinctive cultural marker of the Kingdom, whether through its cultivation or the ways it is prepared and served to guests.

The types of coffee served in Saudi Arabia vary, including green coffee, known for health benefits such as weight loss and a feeling of fullness. Even so, many people prefer half-roasted Arabic coffee, which contains antioxidants said to aid slimming and digestion. Green coffee, by contrast, is not fully dried and retains all of its antioxidants at full strength, which is why it is considered effective for slimming.
