Riyadh to Host Global Proptech Summit With 80 Countries to Advance Real Estate Digital Transformation
The Saudi capital Riyadh will see the launch of the Global Proptech Summit next Sunday, organized by the Real Estate General Authority under the patronage of Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, with the participation of 80 countries. The summit brings together real estate industry leaders and experts alongside emerging-technology specialists, making it a leading platform for discussing digital transformation and the latest innovations in real estate technology.
The summit focuses on charting the digital transformation journey in the real estate sector, spotlighting the role of artificial intelligence and virtual reality in advancing modern construction technologies and automating real estate processes. Experts will share their experiences in using predictive analytics and risk management to deliver proptech solutions that enhance financial sustainability and enable smarter decision-making.
The event will also include a real estate technology exhibition, featuring leading local and international companies and platforms showcasing next-generation real estate solutions. The summit comes amid rising investment in the global proptech market, which reached $42.13 billion in 2023, with 3,347 active investors and 2,177 companies worldwide, reflecting strong interest in real estate technology and its role in shaping the future of the property industry.
