Organized by the Jazan branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in cooperation with several government and non-profit bodies, the festival aims to support the agricultural sector by marketing jasmine and aromatic plant products and boosting the economic returns for local farmers.
The festival brings together 13 government and non-profit entities and 55 farmers, alongside home-based producers showcasing a variety of jasmine products. The open-air stage serves as the main venue for daily entertainment that draws children and their families, who interact with the live shows through applause and photos.
Festival Goals
The festival aims to:
- Support jasmine farmers by making it easier to market and sell their products within and outside the region.
- Encourage farmers to extract jasmine and aromatic plant derivatives and turn them into economic products such as oils and perfumes, boosting their income and expanding local development opportunities.
