The 28th Global Investment Conference concluded its proceedings in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, after running from November 25 to 27, 2024, organized by the Invest Saudi initiative in partnership with the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies. Held under the patronage of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, the conference focused on three main themes: international cooperation, innovation, and sustainability.

In his closing remarks, Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih thanked the Crown Prince for his support and patronage of the conference, praising the significant results achieved over its three days. He said the conference featured in-depth discussions on the challenges and opportunities in global investment, covering key topics such as digital transformation, sustainable growth, and strengthening global supply chains, alongside the signing of numerous strategic agreements under the National Initiative for Global Supply Chains.

Al-Falih said that, thanks to Vision 2030, the Kingdom has cemented its position as a global destination for investment and economic growth, having built strong partnerships in sectors including advanced technology, advanced manufacturing, and renewable energy. He said these partnerships have helped generate sustainable added value, and called on participants from around the world to build on these results and deepen cooperation going forward.
