Monsha'at Wraps Up Export and Import Week, Drawing Nearly 1,730 Entrepreneurs
The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) has concluded its "Export and Import Week," hosted across Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah and Khobar with broad participation from 26 public and private entities. The event drew strong turnout, with registrations surpassing 1,729 entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprise owners.
A week built to boost trade
The week set out to:
- Raise entrepreneurs' awareness of promising investment opportunities in the export and import sectors.
- Introduce services and programs offered by government and private bodies, including financing and incentives tailored to small and medium enterprises.
Leading organizations that took part included:
- the Saudi Export Development Authority
- the Export-Import Bank
- the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
- the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services
- the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization

The deputy CEO for the export environment sector and secretary of committees at the Saudi Export Development Authority said the authority continues working to grow non-oil exports through strategic initiatives that support the national economy and diversify income sources.
The deputy CEO for exporter empowerment said the authority offers innovative solutions to help Saudi products reach international markets more efficiently, while the deputy CEO for the "Made in Saudi" program stressed the importance of promoting Saudi products both locally and internationally.
