"Digital Saudi Arabia" Showcases Kingdom's Digital Transformation Leadership at Internet Governance Forum 2024
"Digital Saudi Arabia" showcased the Kingdom's leading model for digital transformation during its participation in the Internet Governance Forum 2024, organized by the United Nations in Riyadh, through an innovative pavilion bringing together more than 10 government entities. The pavilion highlighted the Kingdom's most prominent digital services and recent innovations, showcasing the evolution of Saudi digital government and reinforcing its global standing as a leader in the field.
The pavilion drew a large number of local and international officials and experts, who explored a roadmap of digital government services built on emerging technologies, alongside dialogue sessions discussing the transformative applications of digital technology and ways to improve digital governance and adopt technological innovations that boost digital inclusion.
Leading Platforms and Services on Display
Participating government entities offered interactive presentations of several leading platforms, including Najiz for digital judicial services, the Virtual Court, which enables electronic dispute resolution, Absher and Tawakkalna, which ease access to government services, the Virtual Hospital and Sehhaty, which advance digital transformation in healthcare, and Balady, which supports municipal services electronically.
These services underscore the Kingdom's global leadership, ranking fourth worldwide in delivering digital services and first in the Middle East, cementing its status as a global digital power.

Forum visitors praised the Kingdom's efforts to improve satisfaction with digital services and its investment in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality to boost digital security, achieve inclusion, and support sustainable development.
