The "Ithra Winter" program, held by the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), has drawn more than 57,000 visitors since it launched on December 16, 2024, offering a range of exceptional experiences and innovative activities blending entertainment, learning and creativity.

Events were spread across Ithra's various facilities, where visitors enjoyed art and music activities, interactive workshops, craft exhibitions, and sports challenges using advanced technology in the Great Hall. One standout moment came when a visitor discovered his young son Ahmed Al-Musnad's football talent, as the boy showed off impressive skills in a sports challenge against a professional footballer, drawing admiration from the crowd.

In the same hall, the "Moment Factory" studio gave visitors the chance to try innovative interactive games based on body-motion-tracking technology, allowing them to cooperate and compete across multi-media platforms in an atmosphere full of fun and excitement.

The events also included the worlds of color and handicrafts, where participants enjoyed creating mature artworks in Ithra's gardens. Meanwhile, winter nights inspired by the glowing desert sky offered families unique experiences, complete with stories and tales of stars and constellations.

"Ithra Winter" also featured interactive workshops at the Sustainability Studio, covering aquaponic farming systems, the making of plantable seed paper, and creative experiences using clay. The red cart in the gardens was a charming addition, offering games and fun stories for children.

Activities continue with an exciting science experience at the Energy Exhibition under the theme "Science Week," set to launch on January 2, 2025, blending science with innovative storytelling and humor for even more excitement for visitors.

Attendees also enjoyed distinctive dining experiences at international restaurants and cafes, along with engaging performances designed to suit all members of the community across every age group, making "Ithra Winter" a comprehensive cultural and entertainment destination.
