Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz University today concluded the first edition of "Career Week 2025," organized in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in a milestone step reflecting the university's drive to professionally empower its students and connect them with local and global job markets.

A strategic initiative to boost employment and educational quality

The event marks the first launch of the university's newly established Employment and Career Development Center, created to support a smooth transition from studies to the job market, build strong career readiness among male and female students, and support Saudi Vision 2030's targets by empowering and qualifying youth in specialized fields.

Quality partnerships and strong interest from the job market

"Career Week" saw participation from leading national companies across multiple sectors, including industry, tourism and hospitality, cybersecurity, and commerce and sports, offering more than 100 training and job opportunities — reflecting strong interest from both public and private sectors in the university's outstanding graduates.

Workshops and specialized meetings

More than 20 workshops and career sessions were held, delivered by experts in specialized professional fields, with more than a thousand male and female students taking part. Three memoranda of understanding were signed with national companies to support employment across various fields.

Continuity and expansion

The university announced that the second edition of "Career Week" will take place in April 2026, continuing its approach of linking education with the job market and offering a complete student experience centered on practical training and career readiness.
