The third edition of the Academic Forum for Architecture and Design opens tomorrow at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) in Dhahran, organized by the Architecture and Design Commission under the theme "Technology for Innovation in Architecture and Design Education."

Running for two days with academics, researchers, practitioners and graduate students from various architectural and design disciplines, the forum serves as an intellectual and scientific platform aimed at bridging the gap between academic education and professional practice, enhancing the quality of academic programs in architecture and design, and enabling knowledge exchange and the application of global best practices.

A Comprehensive Scientific Program and a National Competition for Educational Excellence

The forum includes panel discussions with local and international experts, interactive workshops focused on innovation and education, and the Architecture and Design Education Competition, which gives academics the chance to showcase their innovative ideas.
