RIYADH — Riyadh International Industry Week 2025 opened today, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the participation of more than 524 local and international companies representing 20 countries. Running until May 15, the event forms a leading regional industrial showcase presenting the latest industrial innovations and technologies.

Engineer Abdulaziz bin Majed Al-Ahmadi, Deputy Minister for Industrial Development, said at the opening that Industry Week reflects the ministry's role as a key enabler of sustainable industrial growth, aiming to build strategic partnerships with the private sector and boost supply chains as part of the National Industrial Strategy's themes, which rest on 136 initiatives spanning research and development, exports, the regulatory environment, and supply chain integration.

HRH Prince Saud bin Turki bin Faisal, Chairman of Riyadh Exhibitions Company, announced a landmark agreement to host three of the world's largest industrial exhibitions in the Kingdom for the first time:

  • K — the world's leading exhibition for plastics and rubber
  • INTERPACK — specializing in packaging
  • Drupa — the world's largest exhibition for printing technologies

This step marks a qualitative leap confirming the Kingdom's transformation into a global industrial and innovation hub and a magnet for hosting major industrial exhibitions.

Riyadh Industry Week comprises four specialized industrial exhibitions:

  • The Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals Exhibition
  • The Printing and Packaging Exhibition
  • The Smart Manufacturing Exhibition
  • The Saudi Smart Logistics Exhibition

The event is also accompanied by a global industry forum featuring more than 50 local and international speakers — senior executives and experts in supply chains, manufacturing and digital transformation — and is expected to draw more than 25,000 visitors among professionals, investors and decision-makers.

The event offers a strategic opportunity for knowledge exchange, exploring future solutions, and signing partnerships that strengthen national industrial competitiveness in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
