RIYADH — In a qualitative step toward showcasing the beauty of the Arabic language and strengthening its global presence, the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language opened its new interactive exhibition "Twenty-Eight" at its headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of academics, specialists and representatives of official bodies, along with Engineer Anas bin Ibrahim Al-Mudaifer, CEO of the Human Capability Development Program.

The exhibition is part of the academy's efforts to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by empowering the Arabic language and strengthening its cultural and scientific standing globally, presenting it in a modern form that keeps pace with technological and knowledge shifts.

In his opening remarks, Academy Secretary-General Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Washmi praised the support of HRH Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Academy's Board of Trustees, noting that the exhibition serves as an interactive knowledge platform exploring the Arabic language across its various contexts and helping cement its status as a global language of science, thought and creativity.

The exhibition offers a rich experience through multiple interactive stations, including:

  • Exploring contemporary linguistic issues
  • Engaging with innovative educational platforms
  • Specialized training sessions in teaching Arabic
  • Literary and cultural presentations highlighting the history and evolution of the Arabic language
  • Creative contributions showcasing the language's ability to renew itself and keep pace with change

The exhibition is open to academics, teachers, students and Arabic language enthusiasts, serving as an interactive platform that raises linguistic awareness and inspires visitors with modern educational and creative approaches.

"Twenty-Eight" is one of the academy's strategic initiatives under the Human Capability Development Program, aimed at supporting the spread of the Arabic language and strengthening its use in scientific, cultural and educational fields, locally and globally.
