Hail Investment Forum 2025 Concludes With SR8.5 Billion in Deals and 548 Promising Opportunities
Hail – May 18, 2025, corresponding to 20 Dhu al-Qadah 1446 AH — The Hail Investment Forum 2025 concluded today, held under the generous patronage of His Royal Highness the Emir of Hail region, with broad participation from decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and local and international investors, in the largest investment event of its kind in the region.
Over two days of intensive dialogue and investment activity, the forum recorded exceptional results, including the signing of 34 investment deals with a total value exceeding SR8.5 billion, in addition to the presentation of 548 investment opportunities valued at an estimated SR53.5 billion, spanning strategic sectors most notably health, industry, agriculture, logistics, education and sports, alongside diverse development projects aimed at achieving comprehensive, sustainable growth that strengthens Hail's standing as a promising economic hub.
The forum drew more than 3,500 visitors and over 1,000 workshop participants, with the participation of 800 investors from 12 countries, reflecting growing international and local momentum toward the investment opportunities available in Hail region. The forum also recorded more than 550,000 digital views of its live broadcast, underscoring the growing interest in this leading event.
The forum saw the signing of more than 15 investment agreements involving over 30 government and private entities, alongside 11 dialogue sessions bringing together 30 speakers and experts who discussed the future of investment, notable opportunities, and strategies to strengthen the region's investment environment.
In his closing remarks, Hani bin Abdulaziz Al-Khalifi, Chairman of the Hail Chamber, thanked the Emir of the region for his unlimited support for the forum, affirming that the event marked a qualitative shift in Hail's economic development path, and calling on investors to seize notable opportunities and benefit from broad government facilitation to help boost the economic cycle and create quality jobs for the region's residents.
He also pointed to the role of Minister of Investment Engineer Khalid Al-Falih in the forum's success, expressing appreciation for the efforts of government agencies, sponsors, and strategic partners, all of whom contributed to turning the forum into an advanced platform for shaping Hail's investment future.
For his part, Hail Chamber Secretary-General Musab bin Abdullah Al-Rukhais affirmed that the forum represents the beginning of a new phase of growth and sustainability, and that the notable opportunities presented provide a solid foundation for attracting local and international investment that drives development and opens new horizons for entrepreneurship in the region.
