Al-Baha, Bani Hasan Governorate, 5 Muharram 1447H, corresponding to 30 June 2025. Bani Hasan Summer 2025 activities launched last night at Prince Mishari bin Saud Park in Al-Baha region, attended by Al-Baha Region Mayor and head of the Al-Baha Summer executive committee, Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sawat, and Bani Hasan Governor Naif bin Saeed Al-Malki, along with a number of officials, residents and regional visitors.

The opening ceremony featured a joyful blend of art, heritage and nature, with heritage art performances embodying Bani Hasan governorate's identity, rich in mountains and diverse nature, alongside a cultural showcase by talented locals focused on highlighting the region's customs and traditions.

Mountain Folklore and Popular Chants

A folk troupe energized the crowd with authentic mountain folklore performances, accompanied by rousing chants and synchronized movements reflecting Bani Hasan governorate's cultural character, drawing strong crowd engagement and lending the event a festive atmosphere.

Launch of the Governorate's Tourism Guide

As part of efforts to develop domestic tourism and raise visitor awareness of the region's tourism assets, the ceremony included the launch of the Bani Hasan Governorate Tourism Guide, unveiled through an interactive visual presentation highlighting the governorate's most prominent landmarks, from stunning natural sites and heritage villages to mountain parks and worthwhile environmental and cultural activities.

This event is part of more than 500 events organized by Al-Baha Regional Municipality under the "Al-Baha Summer 1447H" program, in partnership with governorates and municipalities, aiming to energize domestic tourism, raise quality of life, and boost Al-Baha's standing as a distinguished summer destination nationwide.
