The Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission is launching the fourth edition of the Madinah International Book Fair 2025, running from July 29 to August 4 at the King Salman International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the participation of more than 300 publishing houses and agencies from inside and outside the Kingdom, spread across more than 200 pavilions.

The event is part of the “Book Fairs in Saudi Arabia” initiative, one of the commission's strategic programs aimed at empowering the publishing industry, encouraging reading and strengthening knowledge and cultural development in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly the Quality of Life and creative-economy tracks.

A renewed cultural message. Commission CEO Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Wasel said the fair builds on the successes of previous editions and reflects Madinah's status as a hub of cultural influence and a leading literary and knowledge destination in the Kingdom, noting that the fair has become an eagerly anticipated annual cultural event drawing thousands of visitors each year.
