Al Baha | 29 Muharram 1447 AH – July 24, 2025

Under the gracious patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al Baha region, the “Colours of Al Baha 2025” exhibition has opened at the historic Awadah House in Al-Atawlah village, one of the region's leading heritage villages, attended by Al-Qura governor Abdullah bin Saad Al-Damer and a gathering of artists, intellectuals and enthusiasts of visual arts and local heritage.

Diverse artworks and a notable turnout. The exhibition is a distinguished cultural and artistic event, showcasing more than 60 artworks by over 50 artists from across Al Baha's governorates, spanning paintings, contemporary art, abstract works and portraiture, reflecting the diversity of artistic trends and schools in the region.

Dedicated handicraft corners also featured a group of productive families presenting traditional handmade heritage products representative of Al Baha's crafts, such as embroidery, weaving, palm-frond work and pottery-making, linking fine art with craft heritage.

A heritage site adds cultural value. The exhibition is being hosted at Awadah House, a historic landmark in Al-Atawlah village that has been converted into a cultural center celebrating local creativity, lending the event a distinctive artistic and heritage character that boosts the region's cultural-tourism appeal.

The opening ceremony featured national and artistic segments and poetry embodying national identity, along with folk heritage performances that drew a strong response from visitors.
