Riyadh | 11 August 2025. The Event Tech Meetup 2025, organized by the National Events Center at the House of Culture – Riyadh Public Cooperative Library, hosted specialized dialogue sessions bringing together a select group of experts, entrepreneurs and government representatives to discuss the latest technologies redrawing the events-industry landscape in the Kingdom.

The sessions opened with "How AI Is Shaping the Future of Events in the Kingdom," in which speakers reviewed the radical shift from traditional systems to advanced smart solutions that have raised operational efficiency and improved the experience for visitors and organizers alike. The session also addressed practical AI applications including smart crowd management, service personalization, real-time feedback analysis and cutting operational costs, as well as AI's ability to predict demand and determine the best event timing and scheduling.

The second session, titled "Data Drives the Events Landscape," discussed the strategic role of data in shaping fact-based decisions, boosting innovation and designing tailored events that precisely meet audience needs. Participants affirmed that investing in data gives institutions a sustainable competitive edge through automation, reduced errors and faster response to market shifts.

Through these discussions, the forum affirms its role as a knowledge platform bringing together innovators, investors and experts, aiming to empower national talent, strengthen cross-sector cooperation, and cement the Kingdom's status as a regional and global hub for innovative event production.
