BURAIDAH, 25 August 2025 — Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Faisal bin Saad, Deputy Governor of Qassim region, today visited the Buraidah Dates Festival, held at the King Khalid Civilization Center in Buraidah, one of the Kingdom's leading economic and heritage platforms.

During his tour, His Highness reviewed the participating pavilions and corners and their date products and derivatives, alongside traditional crafts and industries linked to palm trees, and the interactive programs targeting various segments of society.

His Highness praised the organizers' efforts, commending the festival's role in highlighting the standing of Qassim's dates and boosting their local and international presence, alongside its support for productive families and entrepreneurs in strengthening economic and social activity in the region.

The Deputy Governor of Qassim affirmed the importance of continuing such tourism events, which express the region's agricultural and heritage identity and align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the agricultural and tourism sectors.
