The Holy Capital Municipality has completed preparations for Saudi Arabia's 95th National Day celebrations, preparing more than 290 public parks and gardens across Mecca's neighborhoods and equipping them with full facilities and services to welcome residents and visitors during this cherished national occasion.

The municipality stepped up maintenance and cleaning work in parks and green spaces, in addition to inspecting children's play equipment and service facilities to ensure their readiness, preparing seating areas, providing restrooms, and setting up safe spaces suitable for family outings, ensuring visitors enjoy their time in a festive atmosphere.

The municipality also noted that Mecca, in addition to its parks, has more than 11 walkways with a total length exceeding 16 kilometers, as well as football, volleyball and tennis courts, all designed to the latest engineering and technical standards and equipped to meet the needs of different age groups.

The municipality said these efforts come as part of its commitment to improving quality of life and providing an attractive, safe environment for residents and visitors, reflecting Mecca's modern face and aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing public facilities and services.
