The forum featured 40 pavilions in its accompanying exhibition and six training workshops attended by more than 180 trainees from universities and national entities, covering various topics, most notably university media and investment opportunities within it, accounting entitlement, document security, design thinking, university archive management, and cultural and knowledge exchange between universities.

The forum's scientific sessions also discussed several strategic themes, including leadership and institutional excellence, financial excellence for universities, human capital, quality of university life, the distinguished digital future, institutional reputation, and effective communication, alongside eight panel discussions with leading national entities, including the Digital Government Authority, the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, the General Authority for Awqaf, the Libraries Commission, the Quality of Life Program, the Higher Education Fund, and the Irtiqa Association.

Dr. Mohammed bin Hamed Al-Buhairi, vice president for administrative affairs, said the forum served as a national platform for dialogue and the exchange of expertise on institutional excellence practices at Saudi universities, in line with Saudi Vision 2030's goals of developing university performance and achieving comprehensive quality in educational, research and community services. He added that the forum helped unify the language of institutional excellence and link leadership, governance and resources to developmental and community impact.

The forum also saw the signing of 15 partnership and cooperation agreements between universities and a number of national, private and nonprofit entities, alongside the presentation of 15 distinguished experiences in marketing university capabilities and implementing academic and research alliances through 16 research and studies institutes. The forum also produced a set of recommendations and initiatives focused on developing leadership and governance, human resource development, financial sustainability, technological transformation, and improving quality of university life.

At the conclusion of the forum, University President Dr. Falih bin Rajaallah Al-Solami honored the participating entities and event organizers, affirming that the forum embodies the integration between higher education institutions and national entities and strengthens a culture of institutional excellence as a strategic path for developing the Kingdom's university education system.
