Red Sea International celebrated the graduation of more than 1,000 young men and women from its integrated education and training programs, part of the "Red Sea International Education Framework," a unique national model aimed at preparing future leaders in hospitality, tourism and sustainable development in Saudi Arabia.

The program framework is an integrated model combining global academic excellence with Saudi cultural identity, preparing national talent to meet labor-market requirements. The program spans two and a half years, during which students train in English-language foundations, internationally accredited vocational training, and hands-on field application, leading to guaranteed employment opportunities at the company's destinations.

Ahmed Ghazi Darwish, chief administrative officer and official spokesperson for Red Sea International, said the company believes that genuine transformation begins with people, adding:

"Today we celebrate the graduation of more than a thousand students who represent a model for a new generation ready to lead the national transformation and achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, through an educational program that goes beyond traditional training to create leaders with skill, confidence and a global outlook."

The program relies on strategic partnerships with the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, and a number of private-sector entities, to ensure its outcomes align with global quality standards and national localization goals.

For his part, Turki Al-Jawaini, director general of the Human Resources Development Fund, said the partnership with Red Sea International represents a successful model of integration between the public and private sectors in empowering Saudi youth through quality training and guaranteed career pathways, helping to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Fadi Al-Asiri, general manager of education and capability building at the company, said Red Sea International's education framework redefines the relationship between education, training and employment, describing it as a model that can be applied across different regions, aiming to empower a generation of Saudis capable of leading the future of the hospitality and tourism sector locally and globally.

The "Education Program Framework" underscores Red Sea International's commitment to building a sustainable education system that strengthens integration across sectors and establishes a new phase of human development, contributing to building sustainable tourism destinations and generations capable of sustaining them.
