The Communications, Space and Technology Commission regulates and supervises the communications, space and technology sectors in Saudi Arabia. It was established as the Saudi Communications Commission under Council of Ministers Resolution No. 74 dated 5 Rabi I 1422 AH (28 May 2001), and adopted its current name in 2022.
The Commission regulates these sectors, issues licenses, protects users’ interests and promotes fair competition, investment and service development.
