Downtown Design is the Middle East's leading trade fair for contemporary, high-quality design, bringing major global brands together with the regional creative community to present original pieces and limited editions from leading design studios.
The fair launched in Dubai in 2013 as the anchor event of Dubai Design Week, and expanded to the Saudi capital Riyadh in 2025 in strategic partnership with the Architecture and Design Commission of the Saudi Ministry of Culture.
Key milestones and strategic activity:
- Creative home in the Kingdom: the fair takes place in JAX District in Riyadh, the innovative creative quarter opposite historic Diriyah.
- A meeting point for decision-makers: the fair attracts leading architects, real estate developers and decision-makers in design, hospitality and real estate.
