Downtown Design Riyadh 2026 returns for its second edition from 15 to 18 September 2026, bringing leading international brands, designers and creatives to JAX District in Riyadh—one of Saudi Arabia’s leading creative hubs—in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Culture’s Architecture and Design Commission.
The exhibition is Saudi Arabia’s first specialist platform for contemporary design. It offers an experience that brings creativity and innovation together through the latest international products and designs, immersive art installations and interactive experiences that reflect the development of interior design and architecture in the Kingdom.
The 2026 edition presents a diverse programme focused on sustainable design, cultural identity in architecture, interior design and urban quality of life. It highlights Saudi and regional talent through works and experiences inspired by local heritage, alongside a dedicated section for limited-edition design and collectible works from international studios and galleries.
The event provides a platform for designers, architects, real-estate developers, brands and creative-industry audiences, strengthening opportunities for professional collaboration and engagement with global design trends. A programme of pop-up retail and creative collaborations connects the cultural and commercial sectors.
The exhibition supports Saudi Vision 2030 ambitions to establish the Kingdom as a global hub for creativity, culture and design and to expand the creative-industries sector alongside the country’s major urban and tourism projects.
