Hail Literary Club is a cultural and literary institution founded in 1994 and supervised by the Ministry of Culture, serving as an umbrella for the cultural and literary movement in Hail Region and nurturing literary talent. The club has published books of poetry, narrative and studies, issues the "Ru'a" periodical dedicated to hosting poets and writers, and established the Hail Novel Prize.
The club organises poetry evenings, lectures and training courses such as playwriting, and takes part in the region's cultural events and seasonal festivals.
