Riyadh hosts the GDX 2026 Government Digital Transformation Summit on 7 and 8 September 2026, in its third edition, with more than 250 senior officials and decision-makers from government bodies, regulators and major institutions discussing the latest trends in digital transformation across the public sector.
Organized by BII World, the summit is a platform bringing technology leaders, digital transformation managers and innovation experts together to present best practices and successful experiences in developing digital government services and accelerating the adoption of modern technology in support of Saudi Vision 2030.
Sessions address a set of strategic themes, including artificial intelligence, sovereign cloud, cybersecurity, national data platforms, data governance and the development of digital government services, along with the latest solutions that raise the efficiency of government performance and improve the beneficiary experience.
The summit also focuses on the practical side of digital transformation, with sessions delivered by executives and experts in IT and digital strategy on implementing digital projects, managing organizational change and adopting innovation in government bodies.
The event closes by honoring outstanding organizations and individuals through the Digital Excellence Awards, which celebrate leading initiatives in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity and digital transformation, encouraging the exchange of expertise and innovation in the government sector.
