Jeddah will host the International Exhibition for Educational Development and Support 2026 (MetaGEDS 2026) from 24 to 26 September 2026 at the Jeddah Hilton Hotel – Al Qasr Hall. The global platform will bring together leading educational institutions, education-technology companies, experts, academics, entrepreneurs and investors to present innovations shaping the future of learning.
Organised by Rafaha Exhibitions and Conferences Planning and Consulting, the exhibition aims to strengthen the integration of education and modern technologies. It will explore the use of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality and metaverse technologies in response to rapid transformation in the education sector and in support of Saudi Vision 2030 and its knowledge-based, innovation-driven economy.
The event is expected to welcome more than 10,000 visitors, with participation from local and international universities, specialised global companies, education-technology experts, investors and entrepreneurs. Participants will discuss the future of education through 2050 and showcase digital solutions transforming learning environments.
The programme includes panel discussions and specialist lectures led by local and international speakers, as well as the Startup & Innovation Challenge. The competition is designed to support promising education and technology ventures by connecting them with investors and funding funds. The event will also offer platforms for public-private partnerships and interactive experiences that envision the future of learning in digital and hybrid environments.
Hosting the event in Jeddah builds on the city’s role as a Saudi economic and educational gateway, strengthening its profile as a destination for specialised international events and supporting the Kingdom’s position as a regional hub for innovation in education.
