The Najran Camel Auction Festival was held beside Najran Camel Racetrack east of the city from 17 to 26 October 2024 under the patronage of the Governor of Najran, organised by the region's Camel Association, bringing together camel owners and breeders from across the regions.
The festival included daily auctions of local breeds, the "Maghazir" milking contest, a productive-family market, a rally, poetry evenings and the "Bir Hima Caravan" retracing the old caravan route to the World Heritage site.
