Jubail Industrial City is preparing to host the first Saudi edition of the OT Security First conference on operational technology security on 27 October 2026 at the InterContinental Jubail, with leading specialists and cybersecurity leaders from industrial and critical sectors.
Organized by Events First Group, the conference offers a specialized platform for discussing the protection of operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems, and the security challenges facing critical infrastructure as digitalization accelerates and industrial systems become more connected to information technology.

Sessions address a number of frameworks and standards for protecting operational technology, including the National Cybersecurity Authority's Operational Technology Cybersecurity Controls (OTCC-1:2022) and the IEC 62443 standard used in securing industrial automation and control systems.
