Riyadh will host the Saudi Giga Projects Summit 2026 on 12 and 13 October at The Venue – ROSHN, with decision-makers, investors, developers, experts and specialists in infrastructure and major projects taking part.
Held under the theme "Vision Meets Execution: Delivering the Kingdom's Infrastructure Transformation", the summit is a specialized platform for discussing how giga-projects are delivered, from financing, governance and risk management strategies to the role of new technology and sustainability in developing Saudi infrastructure.
A project pipeline worth more than US$1.8 trillion
The summit spotlights a projects and infrastructure landscape that event data values at more than US$1.8 trillion, driven by a wave of major development and urban programs. It examines the opportunities and challenges of flagship giga-projects including NEOM, the Red Sea, Qiddiya and New Murabba, and how strategic plans are turned into executable projects delivered on schedule and on target, bringing the entities delivering these projects together with investors, consultants, contractors and providers of engineering technology and solutions.
Financing, governance and risk management
Day one focuses on the strategic and financial dimensions of major projects, covering financing models, governance frameworks and modern methods of managing giga-projects, as well as risk management and delivery resilience given the coordination, resources, costs and timelines these programs demand.
Digitalization and digital twins for the projects of the future
Day two turns to innovation, technology and sustainability, with participants discussing the role of digital twins, predictive analytics and modular construction in improving the design, delivery and operation of major projects, the use of data and digital tools to track performance and make better decisions, and the place of ESG standards in building more sustainable projects.
More than 35 speakers and structured networking
More than 35 leaders and experts speak at the summit, in a program of over 20 specialized presentations and eight panel discussions on the issues that most affect giga-project delivery, plus more than six hours of structured professional networking with decision-makers.
The summit ties into the development transformation under Saudi Vision 2030, in which giga-projects are creating new destinations, cities and economic sectors while stimulating investment and opening opportunities for local and international companies. It gives investors, developers, consultants, contractors and technology and engineering providers a chance to follow market developments, understand the requirements of major projects and build relationships across the Kingdom's development and infrastructure ecosystem.
