The Arena Riyadh Exhibition and Events Center hosts the HR Summit and Expo Saudi Arabia (HRSE KSA 2026) on 1 and 2 September 2026, one of the Kingdom's largest events dedicated to the human resources sector, with more than 4,500 professionals and leading business figures, talent management experts and organizational transformation specialists.
The summit follows a series of certified professional workshops held on 30 and 31 August 2026, giving participants the chance to develop their skills and earn internationally recognized professional certificates in cooperation with leading academic and professional bodies.
The summit discusses the leading issues shaping the future of the Kingdom's labor market, led by Saudization, the development of national skills, AI in human resources, leadership building and organizational transformation, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 goals of developing human capital and raising the efficiency of workplaces.
More than 120 speakers take part, delivering specialized sessions and workshops across four knowledge stages covering the latest trends in HR management, digital technology, data analytics and strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
The event includes a specialized exhibition of HR companies and technology, presenting the latest digital solutions, cloud platforms and talent management systems, along with the HRSE KSA Awards ceremony honoring the organizations and individuals most distinguished in developing workplaces and driving innovation in the HR sector.
