Al-Fajr Walkway is one of Hail Municipality's most prominent urban projects, running through the Al-Fajr district along Aqda Road with a walking path, a cycle track, green spaces and seating, and has become an open venue for seasonal events.
The walkway hosts the Hail Citrus Festival organised by the Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society; its fourth edition in December 2024 brought together 32 farms with more than 42 citrus varieties and over 32,000 visitors, and the municipality also stages its "Hail Eids" programmes here at Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
