Hail, 8 Sha'ban 1447 AH (27 January 2026)

Hail Region Municipality has completed the preparation of the events zone accompanying the Hail Baja Toyota International Rally 2026, as part of its comprehensive readiness to host the global sporting event, raising site readiness, enhancing the visitor experience and applying the highest standards of safety and organisation.

The work included completing the infrastructure for the events, organising the surrounding routes, improving entrances and exits, cleaning and removing visual blight, and preparing the areas set aside for spectators and participating bodies, ensuring smooth movement and easy access while presenting Hail's civic image to local and international visitors.

The Hail Baja Toyota International Rally is one of the region's most prominent annual sporting and tourism events, stimulating tourism and economic activity and showcasing the natural assets and distinctive desert terrain that have made Hail a global motorsport destination.

The municipality said completing the work reflects its commitment to enhancing quality of life, supporting the hosting of major events and enabling the tourism and sports sectors, in line with Vision 2030's goals of developing cities, improving services and strengthening the region's position as a destination for international events.
