Hail Equestrian Field is the main destination for horse lovers and owners in northern Saudi Arabia. It runs an annual season of race meetings within the Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Horse Racing Festival; the 2026 season ran from 24 November 2025 to the closing ceremony on 4 April 2026 with twenty-eight race meetings.
Beyond racing, the field stages seasonal community events including riding-skill shows, corners introducing horse tack, and carnival games, and during the side events of the 2026 Hail Baja Rally it became one of the most popular destinations with more than 180,000 visitors.
