The Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Horse Racing Festival for the 2026 season opened at Hail Equestrian Field on 24 November 2025 and ran for about 15 weeks with twenty-eight weekly race meetings for thoroughbreds and purebred Arabians. The Governor of Hail presided over the closing ceremony and crowned the winners on 4 April 2026, with the final race's "Loyalty Cup" dedicated to Prince Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Kabeer.
The season was accompanied by family entertainment and heritage activities including carnival games, performance troupes and interactive corners, peaking during the 2026 Hail Baja Rally when the field welcomed more than 180,000 visitors.
