Hail, 13 Sha'ban 1447 AH (1 February 2026)
The Hail Equestrian Arena has welcomed more than 180,000 visitors since the start of the festivities accompanying the Hail Baja Toyota International Rally 2026, becoming one of the most popular attractions for the public with an integrated heritage and cultural experience that reflected the depth of local tradition and the variety of events surrounding the rally.
Bandar bin Hassan Al-Tubainawi, Director General of the arena, said it drew a broad cross-section of the community, who enjoyed horsemanship displays and corners introducing traditional riding equipment and tack, giving visitors a window on the history of horsemanship and its close ties to Saudi identity.
The programme also included a falconry corner and a free hospitality camp that added to the welcoming atmosphere and enriched the visitor experience, demonstrating the event's appeal to families, young people and heritage enthusiasts within a combined entertainment and cultural setting.
Al-Tubainawi said the arena's participation supports the Hail Baja Rally's vision of delivering a comprehensive community experience that stimulates tourism and the regional economy, and strengthens Hail's standing as a destination that unites sport, heritage and distinctive events.
