The Madinah Chamber is taking part as gold sponsor of the third Umrah and Ziyarah Forum, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program at the King Salman International Conference Center, with leading government and private bodies involved in developing Umrah and Ziyarah services.

Specialized Workshops and Panel Sessions

The chamber's participation includes a number of workshops and panel sessions on developing the Umrah and Ziyarah ecosystem, most notably the development of real estate destinations to serve visitors and a review of the historical development of Madinah's tourism hospitality sector.

The sessions also address sustainability in the catering sector and maximizing value across the value chain, along with ways to strengthen integration among catering, hospitality and field services to deliver a complete and distinguished experience for pilgrims.

Supporting the Private Sector's Role in Developing Services

The Madinah Chamber's participation is part of its efforts to strengthen the private sector's role in supporting the Umrah and Ziyarah ecosystem and contribute to developing services for visitors and Umrah performers, through the exchange of expertise and initiatives that raise the quality of tourism and hospitality services.
