Najran University is preparing to hold the "Horizons and Challenges of Research Excellence" forum next Monday, under the patronage of university president Dr. Abdulrahman Al Khudairi, at the Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed Conference Center, as part of the university's efforts to strengthen the research environment and develop its scientific research system.

An Integrated Scientific Program for Researchers

The forum is organized by the university's Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, represented by the Center for Sharia, Educational and Humanities Research, with a varied scientific program aimed at developing researchers' skills and raising the quality of research in Sharia, educational and humanities disciplines.

The program includes a number of scientific events, most notably:

  • A panel discussion on the current challenges of scientific research in Sharia, educational and humanities fields.
  • A virtual scientific program focused on research skills and academic publishing.
  • Knowledge workshops on using technology and artificial intelligence in research studies.
  • Training sessions on building and developing a research idea according to the latest scientific methodologies.

An Accompanying Exhibition and Honors for Outstanding Researchers

The forum also includes an accompanying scientific exhibition presenting the leading research initiatives and scientific achievements, along with honors for the winners of the research competition tracks and for the most prolific published researchers across the university's colleges, a step aimed at stimulating scientific excellence and promoting a culture of knowledge production.
