The Council of Civil Associations in Madinah is organizing "Development Project-Making Week" from 12 to 16 April 2026, as part of a package of quality programs aimed at developing community projects and strengthening their impact and sustainability in the non-profit sector.

Integrated Programs for Project Development

The week includes a set of initiatives and activities for non-profit professionals and anyone interested in development project-making, most notably:

  • Launch of an initiative to review and support development projects
  • A non-profit sector majlis to discuss project-making and strengthening impact
  • A virtual training program on project design and performance indicators
  • Workshops on challenges, enablers and impact measurement

Consulting Sessions and Knowledge Content

The week also includes virtual consulting sessions, along with the publication of educational content and quality articles spotlighting best practices in designing development projects, as well as showcasing existing projects of the region's associations and holding specialized enrichment meetings in the field.

Strengthening Sustainability in the Non-Profit Sector

The week aims to enable associations and non-profit institutions to develop projects with sustainable impact and raise the efficiency of planning and delivery, contributing to community development and maximizing development impact in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
