Tuwaiq Academy in Riyadh has concluded the ninth edition of the Tuwaiq Recruitment Program 2026, held under the theme "Your Path to Opportunities", with the participation of more than 120 public and private sector organizations, in a step aimed at boosting the employment of national technology talent and connecting the academy's graduates directly with the labor market.

The two-day program offered more than 1,000 job opportunities and saw more than 10,000 job interviews, with more than 1,200 male and female graduates of Tuwaiq Academy bootcamps taking part across technology fields including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data science, software development and cloud computing.

The program was sponsored by Riyad Bank and Esnad Riyadh, in partnership with the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) and The Garage, as part of the academy's efforts to empower national talent and prepare graduates for technology jobs that meet the needs of the labor market.

Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, CEO of Tuwaiq Academy, said the program continues to meet its goals of building bridges between graduates and leading organizations, accelerating hiring and raising the readiness of national talent in promising technology sectors.

The program builds on the academy's track record, which includes an employment rate of more than 80% for bootcamp graduates within three months of graduation, a figure that reflects the effectiveness of its training programs, their alignment with labor market needs and their support for the Saudi Vision 2030 goals of human capacity development and digital transformation.
