The General Directorate of Passports has received the first flights of pilgrims arriving from Thailand to perform Hajj for the season of 1447 AH at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, completing their entry procedures with ease within an integrated operational system.

The reception saw highly smooth procedures supported by modern technical equipment that sped up the processing of pilgrims on arrival, reflecting the level of readiness and early preparation to serve pilgrims.

Full Readiness at Every Port

The directorate confirmed its full readiness to receive pilgrims through all international ports, whether air, land or sea, by deploying all technical and human resources to ensure an easy and safe entry experience.

It said its counters at the ports are supported by qualified staff trained to deal with pilgrims in multiple languages, easing communication and delivering professional services that meet pilgrims' needs.
