Ministry of Islamic Affairs Intensifies Religious Awareness at Al Tan'eem Mosque with AI-Powered Digital Services for Pilgrims
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance is continuing to deliver religious awareness programs for visitors to the Sayyidah Aisha Mosque in Al Tan'eem, as the first groups of the Guests of God arrive to perform the Hajj rituals of 1447 AH, through an integrated system of AI-powered digital and technical services designed to enrich their spiritual experience and ease their journey of worship from the moment they arrive.
These efforts are part of a comprehensive plan to raise pilgrims' religious awareness and deliver religious guidance in modern ways that keep pace with technological development and meet the needs of different nationalities.
Multilingual Guidance Services Around the Clock
The awareness services include answering pilgrims' questions on the rulings of the rituals through the Islamic awareness booths, with official preachers and interpreters in several world languages, ensuring the awareness message reaches every guest accurately and easily.
These services also make the Hajj rituals easier to understand and strengthen pilgrims' adherence to correct religious guidance while performing the rites.
Smart Technology to Enhance the Pilgrim Experience
The initiatives include electronic screens broadcasting awareness messages inside the mosque, the distribution of guidance publications in multiple languages, and an AI-powered electronic library giving pilgrims access to reliable scholarly content.
Pilgrims can also easily download awareness materials to their smartphones using a QR code, speeding up access to information in step with the digital transformation of services.
An Integrated System for the Guests of God
The ministry said these programs are part of an integrated system of dawah and awareness services delivered during the Hajj season, enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind and raising the quality of services from the first days of their arrival in Makkah.
