Quba Mosque is seeing large numbers of pilgrims and visitors during the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah, within an integrated operational and service system designed to provide a smooth and safe spiritual experience for those visiting the first mosque founded in Islam.

The relevant bodies oversee the services provided inside the mosque and its surroundings through operational plans that include organizing entry and exit, intensifying cleaning and sanitization, providing guidance and awareness services in several languages, and monitoring the readiness of facilities and support services around the clock to serve the Guests of God.

Quba Mosque is one of the most prominent Islamic landmarks pilgrims are keen to visit during their time in Madinah, given its historical and spiritual standing in the Prophet's biography. It was founded by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, on his migration to Madinah, and many prophetic traditions speak of its merit.

The development and expansion projects under way at the mosque and its surrounding area are increasing capacity and improving the visitor experience by developing the courtyards and walkways and raising the efficiency of operational services, in step with the growing number of pilgrims during the Hajj season.

The area around the mosque is also busy with visitors, markets and commercial services, with organizational measures aimed at smoother movement and the highest standards of safety and comfort, ensuring pilgrims and worshippers can move easily and use the available services.

These efforts are part of an integrated system implemented by the various bodies in Madinah during the Hajj season, reflecting the Kingdom's commitment to serving the Guests of God and caring for historic Islamic sites, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
