The Makkah Chamber Exhibitions and Events Center hosts the forum from 20 to 23 May 2026, with an advanced media system that includes studios equipped with the latest technology, platforms for daily press briefings and dedicated workspaces for media professionals to ease content production, build professional relationships and exchange expertise.

The forum also provides a technical environment supporting press coverage and live broadcasting, helping convey a complete picture of the services and development projects the Kingdom delivers for pilgrims during the season.

The "Transformation" Exhibition Presents Hajj Development Projects

The forum includes the "Transformation" exhibition, which spotlights the leading initiatives and projects delivered by government bodies and the private sector in the Hajj system, through interactive displays and modern technology presenting the development transformations and the digital and logistics services provided to the Guests of God.

Multiple government and service bodies take part in the exhibition, presenting the latest solutions and initiatives that develop the pilgrim experience and raise the efficiency of services at the holy sites and in Makkah.
