HRH Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Tabuk Region, yesterday, 19 August 2026, inaugurated the Tabuk Agricultural Products Festival 2026, which runs for three days until 21 August at the North Front Exhibition and Convention Center in Tabuk, organized by the regional branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.

The festival features wide participation from Tabuk's farmers and local producers, along with government and private bodies connected to the agricultural sector, in an event that aims to showcase the region's diverse crops and products and open additional channels for farmers to display and market their output directly to visitors.

The Governor Tours the Festival

The Governor toured the festival's pavilions and stands, reviewing the contributions of farmers, producers and participating bodies, and heard a briefing from Eng. Amjad bin Abdullah Thalab, Director of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in Tabuk, on the exhibition's contents and accompanying programs.

The pavilions feature a variety of agricultural products the region is known for, along with examples of processed goods, as well as initiatives and programs designed to support the agricultural sector and develop opportunities for farmers and producers.

Praise for the Diversity and Quality of Local Produce

Prince Fahd bin Sultan expressed his pride in the progress and diversity of agricultural production he saw during the tour, pointing to the support and attention the sector enjoys and the growth in the quality and variety of agricultural products across the Kingdom's regions.

He highlighted a number of products, including honey, fruit and a range of field crops, and invited residents and visitors to attend the festival, explore its offerings and help support local farmers and producers.

A Platform for Tabuk's Farmers

The festival is an opportunity to strengthen direct contact between farmers, consumers and sector bodies, and provides a marketing window that helps producers introduce their crops and products and reach new segments of customers.

The Tabuk Agricultural Products Festival 2026 also aims to raise awareness of the importance of agriculture and its role in supporting food security and sustainable development, while highlighting the region's agricultural strengths and the processing industries linked to them.
