The General Directorate of Education in Taif has launched a major program of activities to celebrate Saudi National Day under the theme “Ezzna Btab’na,” with more than 270,000 students participating across over 1,700 boys’ and girls’ schools.

The celebrations will continue through September 29, 2026, featuring more than 120 programs and activities organized by schools and the education directorate in cooperation with government, private-sector, and nonprofit organizations.

Competitions, Art Exhibitions and National Heritage

The program includes national competitions, art exhibitions, expressive murals, and educational displays highlighting Saudi Arabia’s history and cultural heritage.

The activities provide students with opportunities to participate in National Day celebrations through educational, cultural, and artistic experiences while exploring key chapters in the Kingdom’s history.

Strengthening National Identity Among Students

The programs are designed to strengthen national identity, belonging, and loyalty among students while highlighting the unification and development of Saudi Arabia since the era of the Kingdom’s founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud.

Through activities across schools in Taif, the initiative also aims to deepen students’ understanding of Saudi history, heritage, and national development.

Media Plan Documents School Participation

The General Directorate of Education in Taif has also prepared a communication and media plan for the occasion, including the production of films, video clips, and media content.

Coverage will document the participation of schools, students, teachers, and parents throughout the National Day activities.
