WPC Energy Congress sets badge-collection rules ahead of Riyadh opening
Delegates, speakers, contractors and exhibitors can collect badges early at Hall 5, Riyadh Front. Collection on October 8 runs from 10am to 7pm, according to the official schedule.
Visitors can collect from 11am on October 12, with no early printing. A confirmation QR code, valid identification and a previously uploaded portrait are required.
Visitor badges cover the exhibition and app, excluding congress halls and the reception. The congress runs October 11–15, 2026; its programme and exhibition begin October 12. Times are local to Riyadh.
