Prince Mohammad bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship recently hosted a virtual seminar to discuss the findings of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) report on the entrepreneurship environment in Saudi Arabia. The college worked with the Babson Global Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and GEM Saudi Arabia to prepare the Kingdom's section of the annual GEM report.

Participants discussed the report's data in depth and ways of developing the entrepreneurship sector in Saudi Arabia, such as sector diversification, technology promotion, investment and knowledge transfer. They also discussed the rise in youth ventures and the Kingdom's second-place global ranking in GEM's National Entrepreneurship Context Index among 49 economies in 2022.

College Dean Dr. Zeger Degraeve praised the success of the virtual seminar and thanked participants for their contributions and insights into the future of entrepreneurship in the Kingdom.
