Jazan Book Fair 2025 launched its first poetry evening, titled "Taraneem Al-Shi'r" (Verses of Poetry), as part of the fair's cultural program, organized by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, featuring poet Nora Othman and poet Ali Al-Hazmi, moderated by Mohammed Abbas.

An Elegant Poetic Atmosphere

Poet Nora Othman opened the evening with her poem "The Butterfly Dreams of Love," while poet Ali Al-Hazmi presented his poem "Only You, No One Else." The poems ranged across themes of wisdom, romance, praise and emotion, adding artistic richness and drawing wide audience engagement in an evening celebrating the beauty of the Arabic language and the creativity of the word.

The evening is part of a series of cultural events accompanying the Jazan Book Fair, aimed at boosting cultural activity and providing a platform to celebrate creatives and bring literature lovers together in an elegant literary atmosphere.
